Este projeto é uma estrutura de espaço quadrado / altura 16 metros / comprimento total 30 metros / vão total 18 metros

1. A instalação do space frame de aço deve ser realizada após a aceitação do eixo inferior da estrutura e da placa embutida.Os requisitos para o apoio inferior são: a diferença de altura entre os apoios adjacentes (distância L2): o menor valor de L2/800 e 10mm, na mesma elevação Diferença de altura entre o apoio mais alto e o mais baixo: 20mm;

2. Determinar o processo de instalação do space frame de aço de acordo com a força e as características estruturais da grade e as condições reais de construção no local;

3. Após a instalação da estrutura de aço, deve-se verificar:

uma.O valor permitido do desvio de comprimento lateral vertical e horizontal é 1/2000 do comprimento e não deve ser superior a 30mm;

b.O valor permitido do deslocamento central deve ser 1/3000 do vão da estrutura de aço e não deve ser maior que 30 mm;

c.Para o quadro de malha suportado pela periferia, o desvio de altura admissível é de 1/400 do suporte adjacente, não devendo ser superior a 15mm, e o máximo e mínimo não deve ser superior a 30mm;para o quadro de malha suportado por múltiplos pontos, o desvio de altura admissível é de 1/800 do suporte adjacente, não devendo ser superior a 30mm;

d.Detecte a deflexão da grade de acordo com as especificações e requisitos de projeto.Após a construção, a deflexão da armação espacial de aço não deve ser superior a 115% do valor do cálculo do projeto.(Valor máximo de deflexão do quadro de grade L/250)

4. Se houver esferas de soldagem localmente, a soldagem de ranhuras é usada para soldar a esfera de soldagem e a haste, e o grau da costura de soldagem não deve ser inferior ao segundo grau.

5. Após a conclusão da instalação da armação espacial de aço, a superfície das juntas e hastes da armação espacial deve estar limpa e livre de cicatrizes e sujeira.As juntas e os furos em excesso das rótulas dos parafusos devem ser preenchidos e vedados com graxa.

6. Durante o uso da rede, a manutenção anticorrosiva abrangente deve ser realizada a cada 4 a 5 anos.

After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
